Terra Ceia Multifamily is an EB-5 project in an urban (or high unemployment) targeted employment area (TEA). This 276-unit apartment community located in Palmetto, Florida, will feature a clubhouse with a resort-style pool, and other amenities for residence . The project is expected to be operated by Greystar, a leader in property management with over 25,000 team members and over 900,000 units under management. This project offers investors many key features, including a loan repayment guaranty, an I-526E approval refund guaranty, and a job creation guaranty.
