OPERATIONS MANAGER
Irish Dagoc is the Operations Manager at Arcasia Advisors, where she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s daily operations and ensuring seamless coordination across various departments. Fluent in both English and Tagalog. Irish earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration from Central Mindanao University in the Philippines. Before joining Arcasia Advisors, she accumulated six years of experience as a Head Paralegal and Office Administrator at a prominent U.S. immigration law firm, where she further developed her expertise in legal administration and leadership.
In her current role, Irish is responsible for managing the firm’s workflow, guaranteeing operational efficiency and accuracy across all client-related processes. She leverages her exceptional interpersonal skills to provide outstanding client service, handling each interaction with the utmost care and professionalism. Roxanne Mae Cabagbag is an Administrative Assistant at Arcasia Advisors, where she supports the team with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows.
