Your family's American future deserves thoughtful guidance.
Explore a potential pathway to U.S. permanent residency through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program—with personal attention, clear information, and a disciplined approach to reviewing investment opportunities.
Plan ahead while the current investment minimum applies.
For qualifying TEA and infrastructure projects, the $800,000 minimum investment remains applicable to petitions filed before the scheduled January 1, 2027 adjustment. The new minimum will be determined under federal rules; contacting ArcAsia or reserving a project does not lock in an investment amount.
*Applicable petition and category requirements must be met. Dates are filing-related, not consultation deadlines. Visa availability is based on the November 2026 Department of State Visa Bulletin and must be rechecked each month. Consult independent immigration counsel.
Review My EB-5 TimelineInvestment immigration, explained clearly.
The U.S. EB-5 program provides an immigration pathway for eligible investors who make a qualifying at-risk investment in a new commercial enterprise and meet the program's job-creation and other requirements. Immigration and investment outcomes are not guaranteed.
Potential family eligibility
A qualifying investor's spouse and eligible unmarried children may pursue derivative immigrant status, subject to immigration rules and age-related considerations.
No employer sponsor required
The EB-5 category is investment-based rather than dependent on a sponsoring U.S. employer. All eligibility and visa availability requirements still apply.
Project and source-of-funds review
Investors must document lawful capital and consider the economics, risks, parties, and job-creation methodology of a proposed offering.
TEA and Non-TEA investments.
Current minimum amounts for post–March 15, 2022 filings are shown below. Thresholds are subject to statutory inflation adjustments, including the scheduled adjustment beginning January 1, 2027. Confirm the applicable amount before filing.
Reduced minimum investment category
Generally applies to qualifying rural or high-unemployment Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs) and certain eligible infrastructure projects. Project eligibility must be verified.
Investment outside reduced categories
Generally applies to investments that do not qualify for the reduced minimum investment amount. Other EB-5 requirements continue to apply.
The EB-5 program generally requires the creation of at least 10 qualifying full-time jobs per investor. Additional legal, administrative, and investment-related costs may apply.

Questions worth asking early.
What is the current minimum EB-5 investment?
For qualifying TEA investments and certain qualifying infrastructure projects, the minimum is currently $800,000; for non-TEA investments it is currently $1,050,000. Statutory inflation adjustments are scheduled to begin January 1, 2027. Confirm the amount and category applicable at filing.
Can my family apply through EB-5?
Spouses and qualifying unmarried children may be eligible for derivative immigration benefits. Children's age and Child Status Protection Act considerations can be important. An immigration attorney should review individual circumstances.
Can I file for adjustment of status while in the United States?
Some eligible applicants in the United States may be able to file Form I-485 concurrently with their EB-5 petition when the relevant visa is available and adjustment-of-status requirements are met. This is not automatic for every visa holder or applicant.
Is EB-5 capital guaranteed to be returned?
No. EB-5 investments must remain at risk as required by law. Neither return of principal nor any profit can be guaranteed. Carefully review the offering materials and seek independent financial and legal advice.
What documents establish lawful source of funds?
Depending on the circumstances, evidence may include tax returns, financial statements, employment records, property-sale records, banking history, or documented gifts. U.S. immigration counsel should determine the necessary evidence for each investor.
Will I receive all project details on this page?
No. ArcAsia provides selected public project information here. Offering documents and more detailed financial information may be shared through an appropriate qualification and review process, subject to applicable restrictions.
